Goshen X Germany

We are going to give as many souls as possible direction in their lives and a chance for a future. In the path God has Called hem to.

Our focus is Third World Country Kids for this project.

We provide a save haven for a retreat, a loving community and teach them biblical wisdom.

Proverbs 4:11 - "I instruct you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths"

"1 out of 3 refugees in Germany are suffering from mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety and trauma related conditions"

Our Project Goal

Before this project, many children and individuals lacked a safe, loving, and faith-centered environment where they could feel accepted, supported, and spiritually guided. There was a clear need for a place of belonging, biblical teaching, and personal restoration.

After the project, children and individuals will have a secure sanctuary where they are welcomed with love, nurtured in God’s Word, and encouraged to grow in faith and purpose. Through the support of missionary workers, the project will provide spiritual guidance, care, and a place for reflection, renewal, and hope.

Financial Plan Goshen X Germany

Phase 1 — Accomplish the real estate deal

Target amount: €60,000

Objective: secure the property so the project has a fixed location in Germany from which it can be developed and operated.

This first round should cover down-payment support or acquisition fees, legal and notarial expenses, transaction closing costs, and immediate site-securing measures.

Deliverable to donors: a completed property transaction, legal control of the site, and a clear readiness path into renovation.

Phase 2 — Renovation and facility preparation

Target amount: €500,000

Objective: transform the property into a compliant, safe, welcoming, and functional environment for children and staff.

This round should fund structural works, utilities, sanitation, safety upgrades, code compliance, child-friendly interiors, furnishing, and equipment needed for daily service delivery.

Deliverable to donors: a fully prepared facility that is ready for staffing, programming, and opening.

Phase 3 — Operational launch and resilience reserve

Target amount: €500,000

Objective: open the center responsibly, cover early monthly expenses, and protect the mission from cash-flow instability.

This round should support staff onboarding, first-year operating expenses, food and program materials, administration, insurance, utilities, and a reserve for unexpected events or periods of lower incoming support.

Deliverable to donors: an operating center with a runway for continuity, not just a building that is finished but financially fragile.
